Are you a factory or a trading company?+
We are 100% a manufacturer — a family-owned factory based in Handan, China's fastener capital. We make anchor bolts and embedded parts ourselves, and because we're right here in the industry hub, we can also source other standard fasteners at factory prices.
We welcome factory visits and video inspections anytime.
Can you provide custom fasteners based on our drawings?+
Absolutely! Custom manufacturing is one of our strengths. Just send us your drawings, specifications, or even a sample, and our engineering team will review and provide a quote.
We can also produce a sample first for your approval before mass production.
What quality certifications do you have?+
Our fasteners meet national standards (GB) as well as international standards including DIN, ISO, and ANSI/ASME. We provide material certificates, inspection reports, and third-party testing upon request.
Our track record with State Grid and Sinopec speaks to our quality — they have the strictest standards in the industry.
What's your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
We're flexible. For standard items we produce ourselves, small trial orders are welcome. For sourced items or custom parts, MOQ depends on the specifics — just tell us what you need, and we'll work with you.
We believe in building relationships, not just selling volume.
What's the typical lead time for orders?+
Self-produced items usually ship within 7–15 days. Custom orders typically take 15–30 days depending on complexity and quantity. We always give you a clear timeline upfront and keep you updated throughout production.
If you have an urgent deadline, let us know — we do our best to make it happen.
Do you support small trial orders for first-time customers?+
Yes, absolutely! We understand that first-time cooperation requires trust on both sides. We're happy to start with a small order so you can see our quality firsthand.
Many of our long-term partners started with just one small test order years ago.
How do you ensure product quality?+
Quality is in our DNA — it's what has kept us in business for 20 years. We conduct incoming material inspection, in-process quality checks, final dimensional testing, and load/hardness testing before shipment. Every batch comes with inspection records.
For sourced items, we do the same quality checks before shipping to you — we stand behind everything we supply.
What payment terms do you accept?+
For new customers, we typically work with T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment) or irrevocable L/C at sight. As our relationship grows, we can discuss more flexible terms.
